Q9....What is the warranty on your service?	A9....Our warranty on re-celled batteries that we repair in our shop is limited to one year for workmanship. Our warranty on the cells is pro-rated up to one year after 90 days from repair date. If the battery pack experiences problems with performance after 90 days that cannot be attributed to a "memory effect" or "unbalanced pack", they will be replaced at a pro-rated cost under warranty. (i.e. full cost divided by 12 multiplied by the number of months expired in warranty). On equipment repairs, our warranty is 90 days.
